Save the Children—Being
local to Westport, Save the Children gives us an opportunity to act
locally nd help globally. Past projects have been limited to
fundraising, but we are trying to find a way for GVI to support Save

Sherwood Island Nature Center Internship—
The Friends of Sherwood Island State Park are
recruiting
high-school students and 2010 graduates to serve this summer as interns
and volunteers at the park’s Nature Center. Sherwood Island Nature Center was built by Peter Wormser who is now leading the charge on Wakeman Town Farm Renovation.
