           Star Westport chefs visit the Wakeman Town Farm


Westports' star chefs - above - paid a visit to Wakeman Town Farm yesterday.  Their goal is to help get more local/organic food to their restaurants and the town.  Wakeman Town Farm will be used as a dropoff site for CSA (community supported agriculture) programs, starting in June, and these chefs are interested in starting a RSA (restaurant supported agriculture).  Under RSA, local restaurants get together and commit to buy from local farmers.  The Wakeman Town Farm will officially
open to the public this October with its October Fest fundraiser.
